At Outdoor Patio Sales, we stand behind the quality of our outdoor furniture and replacement parts. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase of gazebo canopies, patio sets, or any other product, we offer a straightforward returns and exchanges process.
Our Return Policy
You may return most items within 15 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. To be eligible for return:
- Items must be unused and in their original condition
- Original packaging must be intact
- A proof of purchase is required
Non-Returnable Items
Due to their custom nature, the following products cannot be returned:
- Custom Order Cushions (made to your specifications)
- Clearance items (marked as final sale)
All replacement parts (gazebo netting, pergola canopies, etc.) must be returned unopened in original packaging.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Step 1: Contact Our Team
Email our customer service at [email protected] with your request within 15 days of delivery. Please include:
- Your order number
- Product name(s) and quantity
- Reason for return/exchange
- Photos if the item is damaged
Step 2: Receive Return Authorization
Within 1-2 business days, we’ll email you:
- Return authorization number
- Shipping instructions
- Return address (199 Hidden Pond Road, Nashville, TN 37201, USA)
Step 3: Ship Your Return
Package the item securely with all original packaging materials and include:
- Copy of your order confirmation
- Return authorization number clearly visible
Return Shipping Costs:
- For defective/wrong items: We’ll provide a prepaid return label
- For other returns: Customer pays return shipping (original shipping fees are non-refundable)
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Processing Time: 3-5 business days after receipt
- Refund Method: Original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, PayPal)
- Timeline:
- Credit cards: 5-10 business days after processing
- PayPal: 3-5 business days after processing
Exchange Process
For exchanges (size, color, or different product):
- Follow the standard return process
- In your initial email, specify the replacement item
- We’ll process the exchange once we receive your return
- You’ll receive tracking information for your new item
Note: Price differences will be charged/refunded as applicable.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged item or wrong product:
- Contact us immediately at [email protected]
- Include photos of the damage/wrong item
- We’ll arrange for free return shipping and expedite your replacement
International Returns
For customers outside the U.S.:
- You’re responsible for return shipping costs
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
- Customs forms must be marked “Returned Goods” to avoid duties
