Returns Policy

We offer a 15-day return policy from the delivery date for most items. Please review our exceptions below.
Return Process
- Initiate Your Return: Email our customer care team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and reason for return.
- Receive Instructions: We’ll respond within 2 business days with return authorization and shipping instructions.
- Package Your Items: Securely repackage the items in their original packaging with all included materials.
- Ship Your Return: Send the package to our Nashville warehouse at the address we provide. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.
- Inspection & Refund: Once received, we’ll inspect the items and process your refund within 5 business days.
Refund Information
